Why it is priced this way
A compliance platform is inexpensive per driver because a server is doing the work, which in practice means you are doing the work. Our price buys a person who calls your driver, reads the MVR, spots the gap in the file and fixes it before an investigator finds it. Then it absorbs the third-party costs that normally arrive as surprise invoices, so you can budget one number against headcount.
Whoever currently chases physicals and assembles files is doing it instead of something that makes money. That time does not show up on any invoice, which is exactly why it never gets compared.
Fines are the small part. A conditional rating follows you into every insurance renewal and every shipper's vendor review. Audit representation is included here rather than billed by the hour once you are already in trouble.
The first-month price covers a complete onboarding: the screen, the reports, the queries and the finished file. Compare that against what you currently spend per hire across four vendors and your own staff time.
